Registration Procedure

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. "You declare that you are 18 years old or older."

Only official identifications such as Passports, driver's licenses, or government-issued identification cards will be accepted as proof of age. Unacceptable identifications include photocopies, student cards, or non-government-issued identification.

  • Tazuz will reject the participation of those participants/teams/individuals who have not paid the participation fee at the beginning of the activity. No exceptions will be made. Individuals/teams/participants classified as debtors for failing or refusing to comply with payment terms may be placed on a "no-participation list" until the outstanding cost is covered. Being on this list prohibits participation in any of our activities.

1. Courses & Academies

  • Complete in full the registration form.

  • Pay the participation fee in full. Tazuz will prominently display participation fee information on its website, app, and registration forms.

All participation, cancellation, and general terms apply to all payment methods. Cash payments are accepted up to 72 hours before the activity begins.

2. Sports Leagues

The registration process will be understood as done/effective as soon as:

  1. The Team Captain must fill out the "Teams" registration form, acting as the team's representative.

  2. The captain will receive an email and will be responsible for distributing the "Individual" registration forms to the team members.

  3. Registering your team requires a deposit and becomes non-refundable after 72 hours. Fees vary by league.

  • The deposit for the Soccer League in Tel Aviv is ₪500.

  • The deposit for the Soccer League in Jerusalem is ₪500.

  • The deposit for the Basketball League is ₪350.

  • The deposit for the Beach Volleyball League is ₪150.

  1. Each team member must complete the "Individual" registration form in full before the league's start date, and Tazuz's representatives will ensure the process is completed.

  2. The captain of the team is responsible for collecting and paying the team's fees. Tazuz will prominently display participation fee information on its website, app, and registration forms.

  9. In addition, the team will not be allowed to compete in the first match. If the payment is still missing one day before the date of the second match, then the team will be disqualified without any refund.

Exceptional Circumstances & Rescheduling

  • In cases of extreme weather, war-related issues, or government restrictions or directives, Tazuz may temporarily suspend activities with the intention of rescheduling them at a later date/s. Such a suspension is not considered a cancellation, and participants/teams will not be entitled to a refund or credit due to the suspension.

  • Tazuz is subject to the participation and cancellation policies of its third-party providers (e.g., facilities, sports instructors, or external service companies). Therefore, any rescheduling depends not only on our internal decisions but also on the terms and availability set by these providers.

  • While Tazuz will always make a good faith effort to consider the interests of the majority of participants, this does not imply an obligation to meet individual requests or preferences. Tazuz retains full control over new dates, locations, and formats for the rescheduled activity.

  • If a participant/team cannot attend the rescheduled session/dates, no refund, credit, or additional make-up class/game day will be offered.

Refund & Credit Notes Policy:

  • Confirmation Processing Email: You will receive a confirmation email from accounts@tazuzsports.com once your refund has been processed.

  • Processing Time: Refunds follow a Net+10 policy. This means your refund will be processed at the end of the month in which it is approved, plus 10 days. Payments are made on the 10th of each month. Please keep this in mind when expecting your refund.

As an alternative to a refund, participants may request a credit note for the full value of their ticket. This option is subject to the following conditions:

  • Participants/teams can use the credit in all the activities provided by tazuz, Shops & Gift Cards purchasing.

  • If the original payment was made through 'PayMe', the 5% processing fee will be deducted.

  • Some activities require a minimum number of participants to run. If an activity does not open, the credit will be extended for up to the next cycle. (e.g., if a course runs monthly and does not open the upcoming month, the credit will be valid for the next available opening).

  • Once a credit note is issued, it cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund.

  • If the credit note is used for an activity of a lower value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded or carried over. Participants may pay the difference if the new activity has a higher cost.

  • Credit notes are valid for 365 days (one year) from the date of issue.

  • Credit notes are transferable to another participant, provided the original holder authorizes the transfer via email. The new participant will inherit the same terms, conditions, and expiration date as the original holder.
