Participation Agreement Acceptance: These General Conditions must be accepted by the Participant at the time of acquiring one of our Products and/or making use of an Experience. • I acknowledge that these General Conditions must be accepted by me upon acquiring any of Tazuz's Products and/or participating in an Experience. • I agree to fully comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Tazuz and its employees during the activities. I understand that failure to comply may result in my exclusion from the activities without any right to a refund.

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. I declare that I am 18 years old or older. Only official identifications such as Passports, driver's licenses, or government-issued identification cards will be accepted as proof of age. Unacceptable identifications include photocopies, student cards, or non-government-issued identification. The registration process will be understood as done/effective as soon as the following registration steps are complete: • Complete the registration form, providing detailed information. • Pay the participation fee in full. Tazuz will prominently display participation fee information on its website, app, and registration forms. • Receive confirmation from Tazuz staff. • Participation will only be allowed upon receipt of the full payment in NIS. Spots will not be reserved for those who have not paid. Cash payments are accepted up to 72 hours before the start of the activity.

• Cancellations made one week or more before the registration closing date will result in a full refund. • Cancellation within a week of the start of the activity then the team will have to cover 50% of the charge of their payment for the course. • Cancellations 72 hours or less before the start of the academy, then the participant will still have to pay the full amount and there will be no full/partial refunds. Tazuz reserves the right to decide and apply any necessary sanctions. Its representatives reserve the right to issue the final verdict. • Tazuz will reject the participation of those participants who have not paid the participation fee at the beginning of the activity. No exceptions will be made. Individuals classified as debtors for failing or refusing to comply with payment terms may be placed on a "blacklist" until the outstanding cost is covered. Being on this list prohibits participation in any of our activities. • There are no refunds for individuals that leave the academy after it has started. • If you miss a class for whatever reason on their own terms, there are no refunds. There are no make-up classes. • If there is a case of extreme weather, Government or any war-related issue, etc., then make-up classes/matches will be rescheduled with Tazuz’s decisions on any make-up dates being final. • Some of our courses, activities, leagues, and academies require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the event of a non-opening, Tazuz will refund 100% of the participation fee and give priority to future activities to those who are affected.

Participants must accept that he/she/it is aware of his/her/its medical and mental limitations. People with medical/mental conditions or those who are pregnant, are strongly advised not to participate in our sports activities or recreational events. If the participant still chooses to participate with these things in mind, the participant must inform Tazuz of their condition before participating and Tazuz will consult a doctor to ensure that it is safe for that person to participate. Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge and understand that participating in sports and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injuries. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and agree to hold Tazuz harmless for any injuries or damages that may arise as a result of their participation.

• Tazuz reserves the right to refuse admission as well as the right to verify identity. • Use of Likeness & Image rights: by joining a Tazuz activity/course/program/league, participants accept that Tazuz takes photos and videos during classes and/or various activities to use for the organization. Tazuz has the right to post, advertise and share pictures for commercial purposes. “I, the participant, grant Tazuz the right to use, reproduce, and distribute any photographs, videos, or other media in which I may appear during the activities for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation to me.” • Contact I consent to receiving information from Tazuz about activities and events that may be of interest to me, based on my activity choices and interests. • Incurring in any injury engaged in any act of violence such as racism or sexual harassment is a felony punishable under the law. Tazuz disclaims liability and has the right to suspend, expel, or fine the participant. Suspensions or expulsions are out of the refund. • Tazuz will be out of responsibility for any damage that the participant can incur against the activity/course/program/league-provided elements. The participant can be fined to pay for any damaged/broken class/activity/program/course/league elements. • In the case that the facilities where the course is held have insurance for participants, this will be informed to the participants if they ask for it. • Some of our events include opportunities for participants to consume alcohol at their discretion. We urge all participants to drink responsibly, and we cannot accept any responsibility or liability if participants drink excessively, resulting in damages, ill health, injury, or death. • All venues attended during any of our events reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from venues for any reason, including drunkenness, disorderly conduct, or aggressive or abusive behavior. • We accept no liability in the event of refusal or removal and will not refund ticket prices in such an event. • Tazuz may make modifications and/or updates to this Policy, duly communicated to participants and published on the website and registration forms. • Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the participant and Tazuz, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
